These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of The Paella Guy website and to catering enquiries submitted through it. They should be read together with any information provided in an individual quote.

The booking form is used to request a catering quote or make an enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not by itself confirm a booking, reserve an event date or guarantee availability.

We will use the information you provide to understand your event and respond to your enquiry.

Current package pricing is shown as a starting point only: Paella Only from $31, Paella and Churros from $38, and Tapas, Paella and Churros from $59. Pricing may vary depending on menu selections, add-ons, specialty requirements and event requirements.

For Seafood Paella, chicken and chorizo may be available as an optional add-on for +$50. Larger groups may achieve better per-person value. Please request a quote for pricing relevant to your event.

A minimum order of $1,500 applies to private catering services. This private-catering minimum order is not stated as a general minimum for every service or event type. For smaller events, please contact us to discuss tailored options.

Menus and packages can be discussed and tailored to your event. The current website describes paellas as gluten-free and states that we can handle most dietary requirements. Please provide dietary or allergy information with your enquiry so the available options for your selected menu can be discussed.

We do not make an allergen-free or zero cross-contamination guarantee through this website.

Quotes are based on the event information supplied to us, including the event type, date, preferred time, menu preferences and other details you choose to provide. If your event details change, please let us know so we can discuss the changed requirements and any effect on the quote or availability.

The Paella Guy is based in Ballarat VIC and serves regional Victoria. Travel, venue and practical event requirements may be considered when preparing a quote. This website does not publish a travel fee, included travel distance, surcharge rate, power requirement or water requirement.

This website does not publish a deposit percentage, payment schedule, balance due date, cancellation fee, refund period or rescheduling rule. If you need information about these matters for an event, please contact us before relying on an enquiry or quote.

Website information, menus, package descriptions and pricing may be updated from time to time. Unless otherwise indicated, the website content, branding and images are The Paella Guy materials and must not be reproduced or used without permission.

This website may link to or embed third-party services, including social media and mapping services. These links and embeds are provided for convenience. Their availability, content and terms are controlled by the relevant third party.

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our website, services or published information. The current version will be available on this page with its updated date.
