When you submit a catering enquiry or booking request, we collect the information you provide: your full name, email address, phone number, preferred event time, event type, event date and any details you include in your message.

For security and administration, our booking system also records the submission date and time, IP address and browser user-agent information.

We collect information directly from you when you complete the catering booking form on this website. We also receive limited technical information when you use the site and when security tools operate to protect the form from spam and misuse.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare catering information or quotes, arrange and manage bookings, communicate with you about your request, maintain business records, and help protect our website and forms from spam or misuse.

Booking requests submitted through the Catering Menu page are stored in the website database as non-public booking records and are sent by email to The Paella Guy. We do not collect payment card details through this form.

This website loads Google Fonts to display site typography. Email enquiries are delivered using an email service configured for The Paella Guy. Those providers may process information as needed to provide their services, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
