My wife and I hired Nathan from The Paella Guy to cater our wedding at Mount Mitchell Estate late last year. We could not have been more pleased with how the food turned out and how well it worked having a food truck at our wedding. He makes a fantastic paella and his entrees were perfect for the occasion as well. His staff were great and we could not have asked for anything more. I cant recommend him enough and look forward to having some of his delicious seafood paella again sometime.
Nathan and his wonderful team far exceeded our expectations when they catered our 170-person wedding. And everything went off without a hitch on the day: The food was delicious, portion sizes were generous, the team were an absolute delight.
