My wife and I hired Nathan from The Paella Guy to cater our wedding at Mount Mitchell Estate late last year. We could not have been more pleased with how the food turned out and how well it worked having a food truck at our wedding. He makes a fantastic paella and his entrees were perfect for the occasion as well. His staff were great and we could not have asked for anything more. I cant recommend him enough and look forward to having some of his delicious seafood paella again sometime.
Nathan and his wonderful team far exceeded our expectations when they catered our 170-person wedding. Nathan was responsive and flexible in the lead-up, filling us with confidence during an otherwise stressful period. And everything went off without a hitch on the day: The food was delicious, portion sizes were generous, the team were an absolute delight. The paella attracted so many complements from our guests too. Dear reader: there is average paella and there is good paella… THIS IS THE GOOD STUFF. I cannot recommend The Paella Guy more highly.

Nathan was hired to supply Paella for my 40th birthday and was great to deal with in the lead up to and during the serving on the night. The trailer setup was really engaging. Super friendly service and super tasty options. Would highly recommend this for large groups you will not be disappointed.
